Our values

The principles that guide how we work together and solve problems.

Balance, not burnout

We're ambitious and we love to work- but company shouldn't cost you your health, your family time, or your life outside work. We aim for sustainable pace, not hero culture.

How we live it

  • Flexible working hours with clear ownership of outcomes (not time spent online).
  • No micromanagement: we trust people to manage their time and deliver.
  • Regular check-ins on workload and priorities so pressure doesn't silently build.

Experiment boldly, learn quickly

We move fast by testing ideas, learning from results, and sharing what we discover. Failure isn't punished- hiding mistakes is.

How we live it

  • Scheduled 360° feedback moments (not just annual reviews).
  • "No stupid questions" culture; curiosity is a strength here.
  • Leaders share their own misses and weekly learnings to model candour.

Radical transparency, real trust

We communicate openly and directly- because trust comes from clarity. We put the team's progress ahead of individual ego, and we assume positive intent while holding high standards.

How we live it

  • Start meetings with a quick check-in: what's on your mind / what's been hard.
  • We share context early (decisions, trade-offs, priorities) so people can act with confidence.
  • We give kind, specific feedback- fast- so small issues don't become big ones.
  • We celebrate work publicly: weekly wins, shout-outs, and credit where it's due.

Own it: self-start, shape the work

You'll have space to define your role, take responsibility early, and help shape the business. We value people who can generate ideas, prioritise them, and execute—with context and care for the wider team.

How we live it

  • People write and own their priorities, with visibility to the team (e.g., weekly goals in Slack, Teams or other channels).
  • You're encouraged to propose improvements and drive them through (with support).
  • We regularly ask: "How do you want your role to evolve?" and act on it.
  • We plan with the full picture in mind—impact on customers, timelines, and teammates.
